Talent Management Consortium
A chance to develop your organization's Talent Management strategy and processes through a series of innovative workshops
Customers have the opportunity to develop their own organization's Talent Management strategy and processes in the Aalto EE consortium program. The program includes participants from 3–5 companies, with 2–5 participants from each company.
In the consortium program, companies are guided through the various stages and components involved in developing and implementing a Talent Management strategy. Each organization builds its own model during the workshops.
Participants have the opportunity to learn from other organizations and expand their network while developing their own business.
The program provides innovative insights and current information on talent management, as well as the opportunity to organize your own Talent Management process with experts and other participants. The program is held in Finnish; some of the materials are in English.

Contents and Schedule
The program consists of 4 half-day workshops at our Helsinki premises. Each workshop will build off of the previous one ensuring that the pathway to a successful talent development strategy can be implemented from the get go.

Key Instructor
Dr. Riitta Lumme-Tuomala
Dr. Riitta Lumme-Tuomala is Head of Growth and Director of Russia and Talent Managementat at Aalto University Executive Education. She defended her DBA dissertation on Talent Management in June 2017. Her key qualifications are in the areas of leadership, especially from the point of view of different generations at the same workplace, young potential development, talent management and individual diversity (MBTI Step I and Step II Certification in 2009). She is an experienced and frequent lecturer at Aalto EE programs on the above mentioned topics.
Her work experience is from Pfizer (HRD Manager 2001 – 2005), Mercuri Urval (2000 – 2001), the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (Regional Finance Officer, Africa 1995 – 1999).
At Aalto EE, she is responsible for Marketing and Alumni relations. She is also heading the Russian Business area cooperating with top Russian Business Schools and working with High Potential and Talent Management concepts.

The program fee for the Talent Management Consortium program is € 9,500 (+ VAT) per company.
Please note that the fee does not include travel expenses or accommodation. VAT is applicable to private persons and Finnish companies.
