An example of this is its training programs in professional and leadership development for people who have been laid off. Aalto EE has been a service provider for the Microsoft Polku program since 2015. Over five hundred participants have already chosen Aalto EE as the executive education provider for completion of the program.
The concept, which has received excellent feedback, covers a wide selection of Aalto PRO, Aalto EE and Aalto ENT training programs, ranging from service design programs for specialists to strategic management programs.
- In addition, we have held personal assessment discussions with each participant, in which we map their needs and wishes and choose the most suitable program for them," says Minna Wickholm, Business Area Director at Aalto EE.
Aalto EE is a vendor of Change Training services for the Uusimaa TE Center. Change Training services can involve the provision of group training for people who have been laid off. Such training includes a short, exploratory career guidance component, and professional training modules from our extensive and varied range of courses.
